職位描述

Job Description:

1) Responsible for the president's schedule and itinerary arrangement;             

2) Assist in drafting the president's routine reports; Coordinate and promote relationships among departments;                                           

3) Responsible for arrangement and reception of the president's guests;                                                                      

4) Responsible for conference arrangement, writing minutes, tracing decision implementation process;                                                   

5) Responsible for organizing important guests' contact information and emails;                                                                            

6) Responsible for other tasks assigned by the president

 

 

Job Requirements:

1) BA or above from international renowned universities;                       

2) Excellent coordination and learning abilities; Able to work under pressure, dedicated;                                                       

3) Able to work in English;                                               

4) Experience as president's or vice president's secretary or in administrative work is favored.
