職位描述
Responsibilities include
1.Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports;
2.Develop and revise finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls to ensure adherence to all control policies and procedures;
3.Provide financial information to other functions in plant, control cost deviation;
4.Interacts with banks, auditors and tax authorities;
5.Assist in key suppliers’ evaluation;
6.F&A manpower planning and management;
7.Effective guide, train and motivate subordinates, and evaluate their performance.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business management or relevant subjects;
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or department store areas, and 2+ years in management level;
3.At least 5 years' experience in UK enterprises;
4.Competent of decision making;
5.With Accountant qualification;
6.Familiar with government and local tax regulations;
7.Knowledge of ERP system and supply chain management is preferred;
8.Good English (both written and spoken);
9.Creative, proactive, and results oriented, and self-motivated;
10.Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit.
